Current Event Article #2

http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/dealership-camaro-thrashing-story-buys-back-car-satisfied-221510197.html

This article was written to show how a trusted Dealer can do wrong. A Camaro going to get fixed was purposely abused so they can charge more. The story had this "South Carolina resident William Clark's standoff with a dealership he accused of abusing his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS while in for service has ended in a settlement" The dealership abused his property and tried to charge him for it.

The guy working at that place had no right to do that. Even though he stated "Clark drove the Camaro just as hard once it was in his possession", that doesn't give him the right to do that to his car. He can't drive the car hard since the owner drives it that way, it's not right. Especially when charging extra for doing that.

A good thing did come out of this article though, the Dealership offered to buy back the car at a rate higher than usualy."the dealership bought the Camaro back at more than Blue Book value", a good end. The dealer did the wrong thing and so had to pay up for it and so he did what he had to do. Buy the car back but at a higher price.
